The Funeral Service Association of Canada and the Manitoba Funeral Service Association invite the next generation of deathcare professionals to an afternoon of honest conversation, connection and fresh perspectives.
We’ll explore topics identified by Manitoba’s next-generation professionals, including:
• Mental health and workplace well-being
• Communication and workplace culture
• Compensation, benefits and retention
• Changing consumer expectations, tradition and innovation
The afternoon will include a panel discussion, small-group conversations, lunch and plenty of opportunity to connect.
